Makar Sankranti Celebration Kite Flying Event 2026 at Hillwoods Campus Gandhinagar
Hillwoods Campus warmly invited everyone to celebrate Makar Sankranti, the festival of harvest, joy, and new beginnings. As the sky fills with colorful kites, we come together to enjoy the spirit of togetherness, tradition, and happiness that this auspicious festival brings.
Everyone joined us for an exciting kite flying celebration filled with fun, laughter, and festive cheer. Wearing traditional attire, participate with enthusiasm, and be a part of making this celebration lively, joyful, and truly memorable at Hillwoods Campus.
The celebration was also a wonderful opportunity to bond with friends and colleagues while embracing our cultural traditions.
Celebrating Smiles and Talents at Hillwoods Winter Carnival 2025
The Hillwoods Campus joyfully celebrated the Winter Carnival Festival 2025 on 20th December 2025. The event was filled with happiness, excitement, and togetherness, bringing students and parents of the Hillwoods family under one roof. The celebration also featured the vibrant Yaam Foods and Activities, adding cultural richness to the occasion. We were honored by the gracious presence of Mr. Aditya Dixit Sir, whose presence made the event even more special. The carnival became even more memorable with the lovely performances of our future minds, showcasing their talent and confidence. A variety of games were organized, and delicious food was served, creating a lively and joyful experience for everyone.
Diwali Celebration and Rangoli Competition at Hillwoods Academy Of Teachers Education
Our college celebrated Diwali with great joy and enthusiasm, filling the campus with lights, diyas, and festive décor. The celebration began with a lamp-lighting ceremony to mark the triumph of light over darkness, followed by cultural performances including dances, music, and skits that highlighted Diwali traditions.
A special Rangoli Competition was organized, where students showcased their creativity by designing colorful and vibrant patterns using colors, flowers, and diyas. The event not only displayed artistic talent but also encouraged teamwork, cultural appreciation, and festive spirit, making the day memorable for everyone.
Teachers Day at Hillwoods Academy Of Teachers Education
Our college celebrated Teachers’ Day with great respect, gratitude, and enthusiasm to honor the dedication and hard work of our educators. The event began with a warm welcome, followed by a special assembly where students expressed their appreciation through heartfelt speeches, poems, and musical performances.
The atmosphere was filled with joy as students acknowledged the important role teachers play in shaping their future. A floral tribute was offered to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, whose birthday is celebrated as Teachers’ Day, recognizing his immense contribution to Indian education and philosophy.
Yoga Day At Hillwoods Academy Of Teachers Education
Our college celebrated Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and active participation from students, faculty, and staff. The event began early in the morning with a peaceful assembly on the college grounds, where a certified yoga instructor guided everyone through a series of asanas, breathing exercises, and warm-up stretches.
The serene atmosphere, combined with soft music and calm instructions, helped participants connect with their bodies and minds. The session emphasized the importance of yoga for physical fitness, mental clarity, and emotional balance, reminding everyone that yoga is not just an exercise but a way of life.
Children’s University Event by Sanjay Gupta
The Children’s University Event, led by Sanjay Gupta, was a highly inspiring and informative session that focused on the importance of education, child development, and innovative research for young learners. Sanjay Gupta highlighted the vision of nurturing children through scientific, psychological, and holistic methods of learning.
He emphasized that childhood is a critical stage where curiosity, creativity, and emotional growth must be supported through meaningful educational practices. Through his insights, he encouraged teachers, students, and parents to contribute to an environment that promotes joyful learning, hands-on exploration, and a deeper understanding of how children think and grow.
Hillwoods Academy Of Teachers Educatrion Navaratri Celebration 2025
Our college celebrated Navaratri with great enthusiasm, cultural richness, and vibrant traditional spirit. The campus was beautifully decorated with colorful rangolis, lights, and thematic displays representing the nine forms of Goddess Durga. Students and staff came together dressed in traditional attire, creating a joyful and festive atmosphere.
The celebration began with a prayer ceremony, invoking blessings for knowledge, strength, and positivity. Various departments contributed with cultural performances that showcased the diversity of Indian traditions—classical dances, devotional songs, and skits highlighting the significance of Navaratri.
Science City Visit - A day of Learning
Our visit to Science City was an exciting and insightful experience that gave us the opportunity to explore science in a fun and interactive way. As we stepped inside, we were welcomed by a world of innovation, creativity, and hands-on learning. We explored the Space and Astronomy Gallery, where displays about planets, rockets, and space missions helped us understand the vastness of the universe.
The 3D space show was one of the most thrilling parts of the visit, giving us a realistic view of celestial wonders. We also visited the Life Science section, where models of human evolution, animal adaptations, and fascinating biological exhibits helped us learn in a visual and engaging manner.
